Digidesign has unveiled the Mbox 2 Micro ($279), a pocket-sized Pro Tools LE system.
The size of a typical USB flash drive, the Mbox 2 Micro combines audio output/monitoring capabilities with Pro Tools LE software, allowing you to edit and mix live or studio-recorded sessions created on Pro Tools|HD, Pro Tools LE, or Pro Tools M-Powered systems anywhere. In addition to the software, the Mbox 2 Micro comes with a collection of over 45 Bomb Factory and DigiRack effects plug-ins, and Digidesign’s Xpand! sample-playback/synthesis workstation.
